Progressive Relaxation For Sleep

This recording should only be played only in a safe place where you can use your complete focus of attention. After listening to the recording the first time you can use progressive relaxation from memory to go to sleep, or just relax, and I’m sure you will find other uses.

Make sure any suggestions you give to yourself at level “C” are stated in the positive. Remember my post, “Do No Think of a Pink Elephant”
